Pre-Shipment Inspection.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is the last line of defence between your supplier and your customer. Our inspectors visit the manufacturing site once production reaches at least 80% completion, sample the finished goods according to AQL standards (ISO 2859-1), and confirm that quantity, workmanship, function, packaging, and labelling all meet the contractual specification before payment is released and the goods ship.

On-site operational checks against the technical datasheet, including power, dimensional and safety verification.

Drop tests, carton marking verification, shipping mark and barcode validation, and checks on protective packaging.
Same-Day Reporting
Photo-rich PDF report delivered within 24 hours of the inspection, with clear PASS / HOLD / FAIL recommendation.

Booking
Share PO, technical datasheet, packing list, and supplier contact. We confirm inspector availability within 48 hours.
On-Site Inspection
Our inspector visits the supplier, randomly samples finished goods, and runs the agreed checklist end-to-end.
Reporting
Photo-documented report delivered the same day with a clear shipment recommendation.
Re-inspection (if needed)
If goods are placed on HOLD, we coordinate corrective actions with your supplier and re-verify before release.
