Our Services

Non-Destructive Testing.

Find the defect, save the part — non-destructive examination by ISO 9712 Level II/III specialists.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reveals discontinuities, cracks and material anomalies without damaging the component under test. We deploy technicians qualified to recognised industry levels (typically Level II and Level III to ISO 9712 / EN 4179) across a complete portfolio of methods — UT, RT, MT, PT, ET and VT — for in-service inspection, fabrication QA, and root cause investigation on pressure equipment, structural welds, and rotating machinery.

Capabilities

What's included.

Ultrasonic (UT / PAUT / TOFD)

Conventional and phased-array ultrasonic testing for weld inspection, corrosion mapping and thickness surveys.

Radiographic (RT)

X-ray and gamma-ray radiography for weld and casting inspection, with digital RT options.

Magnetic Particle & Dye Penetrant

Surface and near-surface flaw detection on ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials.

Eddy Current (ET)

Tube inspection, surface crack detection and conductivity testing for non-magnetic components.

How we work

Our process.

01

Procedure

Inspection procedure written and qualified per applicable code (ISO, EN, ASME).

02

Mobilisation

Equipment calibrated against reference blocks; technicians mobilised to site.

03

Examination

NDT performed per the qualified procedure, with all data recorded and indications mapped.

04

Reporting

Method-specific NDT report with indication evaluation against the acceptance criteria.

Deliverables

  • Qualified NDT procedure
  • Calibration records and equipment certificates
  • NDT examination report per method
  • Indication maps and acceptance evaluation
