Materials Analysis.

Confirm the alloy, validate the heat treatment, prove the property — laboratory-grade material verification.

Materials Analysis answers the most basic question in any failure investigation or incoming-goods check: is this material actually what the certificate says it is? We combine on-site PMI with laboratory chemical analysis, mechanical testing and metallography to deliver a complete material fingerprint, traceable to EN 10204 3.1/3.2 standards.

Positive Material Identification

On-site PMI with handheld XRF and OES analysers — fast alloy verification before fabrication.

Chemical Analysis

Lab-grade OES, ICP and combustion analysis for full elemental composition reports.

Mechanical Testing

Tensile, hardness (HB/HV/HRC), impact (Charpy) and bend testing per ISO/ASTM standards.

Metallography

Microstructure analysis, grain size, inclusion rating and corrosion evaluation under optical microscope.
