Calibrated Measurement is the foundation of every precision-engineered product. We deliver first-article inspection (FAI), production sampling and reverse engineering using tactile coordinate measuring machines, optical scanners, and laser trackers — all operating in climate-controlled environments with metrology traceable to PTB and BEV standards.

First-Article Inspection

Full FAI per AS9102 with annotated drawings, ballooned reports and CMM measurement data.

GD&T Verification

Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing analysis per ISO 1101 and ASME Y14.5.

Reverse Engineering

3D scanning of legacy parts to generate accurate CAD models for re-manufacture or modification.

Traceable Calibration

All instruments calibrated against PTB / BEV standards with measurement uncertainty stated per ISO/IEC 17025.

We balloon your drawing, agree on the measurement plan, datum scheme and acceptance criteria.

Programming

CMM programs developed and dry-run on the master part to validate the inspection routine.

Measurement

Parts measured under controlled environmental conditions with full data capture.

Reporting

Detailed FAI / dimensional report with PASS/FAIL per characteristic, including measurement uncertainty.
