We deliver first-article inspection (FAI), production sampling and reverse engineering using tactile coordinate measuring machines, optical scanners, and laser trackers — all operating in climate-controlled environments with metrology traceable to PTB and BEV standards.

Reverse Engineering

3D scanning of legacy parts to generate accurate CAD models for re-manufacture or modification.

Traceable Calibration

All instruments calibrated against PTB / BEV standards with measurement uncertainty stated per ISO/IEC 17025.

CMM programs developed and dry-run on the master part to validate the inspection routine.

Detailed FAI / dimensional report with PASS/FAIL per characteristic, including measurement uncertainty.
