We have added qualified non-destructive testing capacity across our Central European network, with additional EN ISO 9712 Level II technicians and Level III oversight now available in Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Methods and coverage
The expanded pool covers ultrasonic testing (UT), including phased array for weld inspection, radiographic testing (RT), eddy-current testing (ET), plus magnetic-particle and penetrant methods for surface examination. Level III personnel remain responsible for procedure approval and technique review, so the interpretation standard does not vary with the technician assigned.
Why it matters for mobilization
Most delays in NDT scheduling come from travel, not from testing. Placing certified technicians closer to the industrial clusters they serve brings typical mobilization in the region to within 24 to 48 hours of instruction for standard scopes, and allows short-notice attendance for hold points that move — which, on a live fabrication schedule, they usually do.
Every report continues to be reviewed in-house in Vienna before issue. Enquiries for regional NDT scopes can be directed to our office.
